First batch trial grind

Initial trial grind completed with exceptional lab metrics for water absorption, gluten structure, and dough elasticity across local Sharbati wheat.

Phase Three

Retailer supply routes

Finalizing direct logistics lanes to service kirana shops and institutional canteens across Bhiwadi, Tijara, and Alwar city hubs.
